Q: How long do employees’ paystubs stay in InStaff?

A: Paystubs are stored for 3 years in InStaff by default, however we can adjust this to your preferences.

Q: What is the time frame to set up and train? If we wanted to do this all within the next 30 days would that be possible?

A: 30 days is a perfectly reasonable timeframe to set up and train. Setting up your portal and getting you started takes just a little bit of collaborative effort between us and yourself, but the actual setup items are quite simple and quick to take care of. We are able to move at your pace, so with your buy-in we can get your portal up and running well within a month.
