  3. Login to your InStaff portal and upload the PDF file containing multiple paystubs
  4. InStaff automatically reads, sorts and splits the file into their individual stubs, then delivers the stubs to the correct employee accounts
  5. Employees are notified of a new paystub available and can login at anytime to view their complete pay statement history

Questions from real Viewpoint Spectrum payroll users

Q: How does the monthly billing subscription work? Are we sent an invoice each month, based off of usage from the previous month?

A: Yes, that's correct. We send an invoice on the first business day of each month for the usage of the previous month. Invoices can be paid via credit card, EFT or cheque.

Q: If an employee leaves our employment, how long do their paystubs and tax forms stay in your system?

A: An employee who leaves your employment can be marked as "inactive" in the portal, meaning they will only have access to their stubs and tax forms. They can be kept in this state indefinitely, until deleted by one of your admins. The length of time their stubs and tax forms are available for would be subject to the regular storage time frame of 3 years (or however long you needed).
