  5. Employees are notified of a new paystub available and can login at anytime to view their complete pay statement history

Q: We operate multiple locations for our long term care facilities, and each handles their own payroll. How does this work with InStaff?

A: InStaff is flexible and we can set up your paystub portal(s) however suits you best. If it makes more sense for each location to operate a separate InStaff employee portal since they’re running payroll independently, we can create multiple portals for your organization’s different locations. Otherwise, if payroll is processed centrally, you can opt to maintain only a single portal. Whatever works best!
