All of our employees have access on the portal. They submit their timesheets with details of hours, overtime, project, task, units, etc. Our project managers control the timesheets and approve them. Accounting is the second level of control and gives final approval. All the timesheet data is uploaded to our accounting program. Now we take 1/3 of the processing time for payroll.
